Should I join a group or private class if I’ve never done Reformer Pilates before?

Here are some parking options:
City Road (it is right where our studio is located),  £1 per hour, free on Sunday morning till 2 pm.
Frodsham street car park, £1.5 for 6pm – 8 am only, you can’t park there before 6pm.
    Brook street car park, open 24 hours. £1 for up to 1 hour and £2 for 1 – 2 hours. £1.5 for arrival after 6pm.
Delamere street car park, open from 6:30 am – 9:pm, £2.5 for up to 1 hour, £3 for 2 hours.

Our 50-minute 100 Power Essential Class is ideal for you to start with. We’ll move through our signature repertoire, allowing for slightly slower transitions and greater focus on the basic principles of the Reformer practice.  

Which class is best for beginners?

You can put yourself on the waitlist. If there is a cancellation and a spot becomes available, you will be added to the list and receive a confirmation text/email.  

What happen if the class I want to take is full?

Yes, we recommend that you book a class before your first class. Just simply go to our website and book a class from there.

Do I need to book a class before my first visit? How do I book a class?

We recommend that you arrive 5-10 minutes before your first class so that our instructor can give you a brief rundown of the machines. The studio is cleaned between each class, so we are not able to accommodate any earlier. Also, please wear grippy socks for Reformer classes. Alternatively, you can also purchase them in our studio.   

What do I need to know before my first class?

Absolutely! We welcome pre-natal clients up to 20 weeks to join our classes. After 20 weeks, we highly recommend that you join our private one-to-one session so that our instructor can take special care of you. 

Can I attend a class if I am pregnant?

Yes. Please let our instructor know of your injury before each class so that our trainer can take care of you. 

Can I still go to reformer class if I have an injury?

You can still join the waitlist if a class is fully booked. You’ll be notified when a spot becomes available. Make sure you have your communication device switched on. 

What is a waitlisted class?

We understand that life can sometimes throw unexpected surprises your way. However, to ensure fairness to both our valued clients and our instructors, we kindly request that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session. Any cancellations made within less than 24 hours notice will regrettably incur the full session fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to provide the best experience for everyone at our studio.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our instructor may not allow you to join the class if you are late as we want to ensure the class can progress smoothly without interruption and be fair to all our clients. We kindly ask for your cooperation for this.
