Our instructor can customise and includes a wide range of exercises according to your needs. We are here to help you achieve your goal!





Team up with your friends or partner for a duo/trio/quartet session. It will be private, fun, and interactive. You’ll enjoy a much more focused & personal experience compared to large group classes.







                                         





Our Pre & Post – Natal class focuses on mindfulness, breath, and strengthening key muscle groups to boost your mental and physical health. You will exercise in a safe and controlled environment. We welcome pre-natal clients up to 20 weeks to join our classes. After 20 weeks, we highly recommend that you join our private one-to-one session so that our instructor can take special care of you.
