Cancellation policy
We understand that life can sometimes throw unexpected surprises your way. However, to ensure fairness to both our valued clients and our instructors, we kindly request that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session. Any cancellations made within less than 24 hours notice will regrettably incur the full session fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to provide the best experience for everyone at our studio.

Non-Refund policy
At 100 Power, we’re committed to providing a great experience for everyone. Please note that all purchases—whether for classes, memberships, packages, workshops, or retail items—are non-refundable. Feel free to reach out with any questions—we’re here to help!

Expiry of purchases
The start day of the class package is the day of purchase, and the expiry date of each class package is shown on our website.
In the event that we cancel a class or classes, the expiry date will be extended.

Clients with special needs
We ask all our clients to fill in the Par-Q form and Health Consent Form before attending your first class. It is very important for us to know about your special needs and health conditions so that our instructors can take every care to ensure safe practise.
It is your sole responsibility to consult with your doctor for your suitability for our classes and notify us if any new health circumstances have arisen. We do not accept any liability for any injury or illness incurred during classes.
All the clients are required to follow the instructions of our instructor at all times.
